How engagements work.
Most engagements start the same way: a short, no-obligation call about the problem.
If Inteevo is not the right fit, we say so on that call and point you somewhere better. If it is, the engagement takes one of three shapes.
Advisory
A direction-setting conversation, a fitness assessment, or a standing sounding board a few hours a month. Lightweight by design.
Build
Fixed scope, clear deliverable: a proof of concept in weeks, an MVP, or an end-to-end system taken through to production. You see a working visual prototype before any code is written, and progress is measured in things you can use, not documents describing them.
Fractional
Ongoing part-time leadership on a rolling monthly basis, with no long notice periods. If it stops being useful, stop.
Indicative ranges are shared on the first call, sized to your situation. No rate card is published because the honest answer is always “it depends on scope”, and we would rather tell you the truth in twenty minutes than publish a number that is wrong in both directions.
Wherever there is a build, the same discipline applies: competing design agents with independent review, a visual prototype gate before code, golden-master verification so correctness is proved rather than assumed, and tiered model routing so cost stays proportionate.
